Pecan Coconut Pralines Cane Syrup
1/2 cup butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Maga & Pop's Pure Cane Syrup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups Georgia Grown pecans
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla
Combine butter, sugar, Maga & Pop's Pure Cane syrup, and evaporated milk in a large heavy bottom saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in Georgia Grown pecans, coconut, and vanilla.
Stir about 4 minutes.
Drop by rounded spoonful onto waxed paper.
Let cool 'til firm.
Store in airtight container with wax paper between layers.
